The SEED program’s second edition has just begun with the opening matchmaking session hosted at the Foundation We Are event space.
SEED is a talent development initiative designed for emerging social designers. We provide practical traineeships to equip new designers with the necessary work experience to launch their careers. Our mission? To create a platform where social designers can learn and grow in a professional environment, as there are always more social issues to address.
At Foundation We Are, we believe there are always topics to explore and questions to answer. Not all new designers have the chance to work on these issues, which is why we offer them the opportunity to gain experience and learn new skills through coaching or by providing a collaborative space via a traineeship at one of the participating social design agencies. Being part of this project reinforces our commitment to creativity and collaboration in tackling various challenges within the design industry.
It also gives us the chance to make a difference by sharing knowledge with upcoming designers. We extend our gratitude to everyone who participates and contributes to the program. Let’s continue the journey with the second edition of SEED!
