we did it!

We’re so proud to announce the successful wrap-up of the second edition of our SEED programme! This year, SEED welcomed a new group of talented, passionate designers eager to take the next step in their journey. Through the programme, participants had the chance to refine their craft and develop their skills as social designers. Whether working directly in professional social design studios or through personalized coaching, these young talented designers explored how their work can create meaningful change.

SEED is all about empowering emerging designers with hands-on traineeships, giving them the work experience they need to kick-start their careers. Our mission? To create a space where social designers can grow, thrive, and gain the skills to tackle the ever-growing list of social challenges in our world. Through this programme, young talents got the chance to refine their craft as social designers, working closely with some of the top social design studios in the Netherlands. Whether through coaching or internships, SEED offered a bridge to real-world impact.

A huge thank you to the incredible organizations who joined forces with us to make this possible and the trainees who decided to become a part of the progamme—you’re the heart of this initiative!
